Our Team

We are a first-generation, family-run farm who came together to create something different. Combining our skills, passions and hard work to create a regenerative farming business rooted in care and sustainability.

At the centre of it all is the next generation, our children, who are growing up surrounded by fields, animals and the values we live by.

Together, we’re proud to grow good food, care for the land and work as a family doing what we love.

David

David is an architect by trade and a co-founder of our building and fencing company, Wilcrick Group, which he runs alongside his brothers. When he's not working with timber and tools, you'll find him out in the fields, focused on soil health and sustainability. His passion lies in building not just structures but a better future, starting from the ground up, for the land, his customers and the animals.

Christopher

Chris is co-founder of Wilcrick Group, who brings years of hands-on farming experience. Before joining forces with his brothers, he managed a small dairy herd and worked with local farmers across the area. Known for his strength, reliability and no-nonsense approach, Chris is the one you want by your side when there's tough work to be done. Whether it's on the farm or in the field on a fencing line.

Kate

Kate runs her own successful canine physiotherapy business and plays a vital role behind the scenes of both the farm and Wilcrick Group. From overseeing administration to keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly, she brings order, care and a calm head to our busy world. With a passion for animal well being and an eye for detail, Kate helps keep everything — and everyone — on track.

Nick is co-founder of Wilcrick Group and a qualified farrier with extensive experience in the UK equine industry, working alongside top riders and farriers. He leads our groundworks and agricultural construction, bringing practical expertise and a deep understanding of animal welfare and land management. His equestrian background adds valuable insight to the way we run our farm, from infrastructure to livestock care.

Megan

Darcey

Darcey is a Registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for animal care and hands-on work. Alongside her clinical experience, she plays a vital role on the farm and especially enjoys lambing season — working closely with the flock during one of the most rewarding times of year. Her calm approach, attention to detail and deep care for animals make her an invaluable part of the team.

Megan has built a foundation in agriculture through working with farmers in the UK before travelling to Australia to gain further experience. She now works as a farm veterinary technician, where her dedication to animal health and welfare is put to use every day. On our farm, Megan oversees the daily management of the sheep and takes pride in carefully selecting and managing the breeding stock. Helping to shape a strong, healthy flock for the future.

Nicholas

Blue & Finn

Blue is our no-nonsense Australian Kelpie. All business when it comes to working the fields. She’s serious about her job and doesn’t take her eye off the ball.

Finn is a quick young Collie with a big personality. He keeps us smiling, but when it’s time to work the sheep, he’s sharp, eager and already proving we couldn’t do it without him.

These two make a pretty great team, keeping things running smoothly and entertaining us along the way.
